North Esk Rowing Club encourages membership from all members of the community. We invite people of all ages, background and levels and abilities to become involved in club activities including participation as a rower, coxswain, coach, committee member orsocial member. North Esk Rowing Club's, rowing membership includes; junior (under 18), Senior (over 18), Masters and Para Rowers.
North Esk Rowers are consistently successful at State Pennant Regattas, National, School and Masters regattas.
North Esk Rowing Club believes all members should act in an ethical, responsible and respectful manner consistent with the practices of social justice.
North Esk considers strong team spirit an essential element of club success. North Esk Rowing Club members are encouraged to be thoughtful, disciplined and positive. Assist others where possible and contribute to club activities, including fundraising and working bees.
North Esk Rowing Club is situated within easy walking distance of the Launceston City, CBD. The club's prime position provides excellent year round access for water based training on the idyllic North Esk River. The expansive stretches of the Tamar River estuary or the spectacular waters of the Cataract Gorge.
Our modern Clubhouse includes a floor exercise/workout area, rowing ergometers, treadmills and cycles, plus a well equipped weights room for strength & conditioning training. All members have access to accredited rowing coaches and qualified strength & conditioning coaches.

Please note: Member Application is not valid, completed Applicaiton Form and Member Payment Advice Form (with payment) have been recieved. Registration is valid on approval by the committee. All Members are required to familiarise themselves with the NERC Club Rules. Whilst 'Rules of Assoc.' (Constitution) and Assoc. Incorporated Act 1964, are available from Club Secretary, on request.
